Excel XLS in a strange 'mode'
I discovered that changes made to one worksheet were being propogated automatically (not what I wanted) to all the other worksheets in the same XLS....the only thing out of the ordinary is that the title bar says:
Microsoft Excel <xls name> [Group]
The [Group] thing isn't in my other spreadsheets so I suspect this has something to do with the problem.
Searching for 'group' in the help system seems to be fruitless
Office 2003 (I should have stayed on 97'; I was happy there)
Ideas how I can undo this?

If you look at the bottom of your window, you'll probably notice that all the tabs are white (selected). When you select more than one sheet at a time, changes you make to one sheet will be made on all other selected sheets. To stop this, just click once on the tab for the sheet you want to work on. The other tabs should then go grey (de-selected).
