Buying Technical/Computer Books
I travel extensively and do most of my technical reading on the plane. I ran across a huge sale on Bookpool.com I wanted to share with you. I've been a big fan of Amazon.com but discovered Bookpool a couple years ago and have used their site to purchase computer books. They are a technical and computer book site, so if you're hunting for the latest Grisham novel, I think you're out of luck. But if you are looking for the most complete selection of books on programming languages, they're a great site.
And now I see that they have books from some of the best publishers at 50%. Normally, they have better discounts than Amazon and deliver really quickly. But this is a great sale !

Recommend reads if you have never read them:
Mythical Man Month
Pragmatic Programmer
Design Patterns
And anything from Scott Kelby that is PhotoShop related.

I've been using bookpool for about 6 years now. Love
the prices and never had any issue with them.
I always compare it with Amazon and bn.com.
if the difference is little, I pick it up from the local B&N
Bookpool is always cheaper though.
