Laptop Batteries? (Replacement)
Hey everyone - I want to get a replacement battery for my Toshiba laptop. It's stocker is a 8-cell that lasts less than 2 hours
. I go onto toshibadirect.com and they sell a 12-cell that lasts 3 hours... my question is: is there a name brand that does OEM replacement batteries that's even more reputable than back to Toshiba itself... and possibly selling higher-end units that have more cells/mAhs and would last longer? Any suggestions? Thanks.

This thread is pretty old... but in the event anyone else with a Toshiba comes across it...
After years of agitation, I finally found a QUALITY replacement battery for my Toshiba. The brand is Denaq and it's an awful lot cheaper than OEM but seems to be of the same quality. It even comes with a 1 year warranty (though, thankfully I have not yet needed to use it!).

Try the link below! This is the website where I found my battery. I'm in the US, but I know that they ship overseas as well. My cousin, in New Zealand ordered one!
