Cellphone Style Headset for PC
I'm looking for a cell phone headset form-factor headset for my laptop for using a softphone on the road. My laptop unfortunately doesn't have builtin bluetooth, so I'm thinking more along the lines of one of those plugin headsets for cell phones except with two mini plugs (or usb). Has anybody got a recommendation on one of these? I tried taking my desk headset with once and it got trashed in my backpack, so that's out of the question.
I guess I'd also be open to getting a bluetooth headset since it would work with my cell as well, I'd just need a USB bluetooth dongle (similiar to like the one that comes with the MS Bluetooth stuff). If there's a good dongle and headset combo, would appreciate recommendations on that too.
Thanks!

For the last few years, I've been using a GE headset with my cell and cordless phones. It fits over the ear and the earpiece sits on the edge of the ear, not inside, which is good because the ones that sit inside rarely seem to fit me. It only costs $10 at Target and I know they are still available because I bought another one less than a week ago. Sound quality is quite decent IMO.
It has a single 2.5mm plug, and I've been looking around for an adapter to use it with a computer (for Skype, in my case) and finally found one at www.cyberguys.com for $1.99. Their part number is 190 0652. I ordered two of them yesterday, so if you want to check back with me in a few days, I'll be able to tell you how well it works.

Well I ordered a couple of those 2.5mm to mini splitters, and then impulse shopping on Amazon kicked in and I grabbed a USB Bluetooth dongle for my laptop and a bluetooth headset that will work with the laptop and my cell phone. Should be here in a couple days.
