Does your macbook come with an alarm?
So, you're sat in the lounge working on your laptop and your drink has ran out. The bar is in the other end of the place and you really don't feel like packing up everything just to go off and top up your beer.
So what you do is reach for the remote and arm the alarm. Stick the remote in your pocket and walk off to the bar confidently leaving your laptop on the table.
Someone takes advantage of your absence and grab your MBP. You can imagine the burglar's surprise when your MBP start sounding off like a car alarm.
Alarm???
It actually does work
Just remember to keep the speakers on and make sure you're MBP is paired with your remote so noone else can shut off the alarm.
