Bluetooth Print Adapter

Any firsthand experience with these adapters? I want to print from my HP ipaq which is bluetooth enabled. I also want the flexibility to print from many different types of printers, simply plugging in to a USB or parallell port. I have seen several different types, but I'm curious if any of them work universally as claimed.

I have a simple $10 USB adapter plugged into my Photosmart, it works pretty well but my main problem is on the desktop side of things. The Photosmart supports it just fine, but printing through bluetooth is a real hassle, since 6 years into the life of Bluetooth the big vendors have yet to design a bug-free software packag.
