Callingcard.com Replaced by Phantom Firm?

OK, this is may be stretching the definition of travel technology, but an inexpensive US/international long-distance phone service known as callingcard.com has gone out of business. I think they were one of the largest stored-value providers, with hundreds of local access and toll-free numbers across the country, and provided a decent service, though occasionally calls didn't go through at peak times. Callingcard.com's website says they are now ITP, Inc., their methodology has changed to pay-as-you-go, all their contact phone numbers go dead, and private calls don't go through. They have about $15 in stored value from my account, and apparently charged my credit card another $15 which wasn't authorized. Of course, I've disputed the charge. Any insights as to what's going on?

I never used the cc site but am happy with www.onesuite.com and with my Costco MCI calling card.
