SONY VAIO issues
My laptop starts and goes in to the sleep mode after login and getting first screen. I will not like to send it to Sony (last option). I live in NJ. Any suggestions or a place I can take my laptop for repairs will be very helpful

The only thing AI can tell you is that you are spot on with wanting to avoid sending anything to Sony.
Several years ago, I had purchased 15 or so Z505's for my sales force....
POS one and all, ended up giving them away.
Horrible piece of equipment that was only outdone by a lethargic customer service organization.
