I've no idea about Sirius, but WorldSpace is a satellite radio broadcaster whose coverage extends to Italy (though its primary focus is developing countries in Africa and Asia): http://www.worldspace.com/.

Wrong. Sirius (not XM) covers nearly all of North and Central America. I have listened to Sirius from my cruise ship balcony in Aruba (just off shore from Venezuela), Grenada, Dominica and the Panama Canal.

Sirius and XM are the same. Sirius bought XM in 2008.

They are the same company, but they use different satellites for the two services, and thus have different coverage areas.

There is a difference, a big difference between Sirius and XM
 
Sirius compared to XM has different satellite footprints (Sirius is broader and I think better) and different signal encoding techniques (Sirius is better) and a number of different virtual channels.
