MacWorld SF is in January. Let's see what's announced then!

Let's hope for competitive prices. Somewhere around $700 would be nice.

In Apples defense, that isn't totally fair... Usually they are able to get their products in stores days after they are announced, unlike many companies like Sony or Nokia. I've seen a cellphone take more than a year to hit the shelves.

Granted, they have had some bad shows in the past with their desktops but generally they are amongst the best in the market IMHO.

who knows. The rumor is January at MWSF. But there are always lots of Apple rumors, and they aren't always right.

For consumer products, they tend to have them available either right away, or within a few weeks of the actual announcement. If they DID announce them at MWSF, they may not ship that day or be in stores that day, but they should have them on display.
