Which 3G Handset?
Does anyone have any opinions or experience with 3G handsets? I don't necessarily need a handset compatible for use in the USA, I just want something that's functional and usable.
I don't mind from which 3G provider it comes from, nor if it comes contracted, I'm just looking at models for now.

I use the Motorola A1000 and have been happy with all it has to offer. Decent size (fits in my pocket fine, unlike my old A920), perfoms all the functions I need (connects fine with Outlook, plays plenty of music and video types, even runs MAME if you want some old school gaming action
). I got mine for AU$600 from 3 as an existing customer, so can't argue with that price. It doesn't seem to have the same dropout issues my old one had as well, is a lot more stable call-wise in that aspect.

A guy in my office has the Sharp 902SH (the "Ferrari" phone) - it is pretty cool. Kinda big but amazing screen and a terrific 2.0MP camera with optical zoom.
I'm waiting for a UMTS capable MS phone before I switch.
