Is there an email interface for this so you wouldn't have to pay for each SMS? I get unlimited email, but have to pay for each SMS.

Bad news civicmon. I think I did the definative experiment. Sent a message to Google SMS on my monthly billed TMobile phone, it worked fine. Pulled out the SIM and put in a prepaid TMobile SIM and sent the same message. It came back with a "Prepaid Service Error" message. They do seem to be blocking it.

Yeah.. i found it out today because T-Mo 2 Go blocks all shortkey phone #s for some bizarre reason.

I clicked on this thread to update that. Weird that it worked when I first got the phone but when my phone # was re-assigned from my old phone to my new one, it stopped working. Thought it may be related but it doesn't seem likely.

Thanks for trying, nonetheless.

if it mean anything, www.synfonic.com is the same thing, but their replies are SO slow...
