NCW in seat power
Could anyone please advise, if there is any in seat Power on board the BA NCW seat.

In addition are there special adapters I would need to plug my laptop etc in to ?

These seats have Empower, so any adapter that you buy will have to have an "Empower " connection. Firms like Targus and Igo offer these for most laptops.
