In the past couple of days my Availability Tool has ceased to function. It shows Error. I have the 1.64 version. Is any body out there having the same problem ?

I am using www.expertflyer.com ... it's $9.99 per month for unlimited access, and it's quite worth the money for me.

I have no commercial link with this company.

I too use ExpertFlyer.com. It is a modestly priced for a 1 year subscription ($100) and gives flights, seat map, etc.

ExpertFlyer could not give me any availability for partner mile usage or upgrades. In fact, when I wrote them, they seemed quite unaware of the subject. The gladly refunded my first month and promised to figure out how to find ALL the classes, both public and private.

It seems that there are threads on the Availability Tool in 5 or 6 different forums. May it needs it own forum?

Perhaps it has to do with this?? (And FWIW, I haven't been able to connect either.)

At the crux of the legal dispute between Air Canada and WestJet is a mysterious little program called the Availability Tool, favoured by Web-savvy travellers looking for travel deals.
