Cingular sells 'Cingular Interactive' (Mobitex network)
Somewhat intersting, yet not particularly surprising, since this isn't really core to Cingular's business.

ATLANTA, Sept. 27 /PRNewswire/ -- Cingular Wireless, L.L.C. has agreed to sell its Cingular Interactive, L.P. subsidiary to affiliates of Cerberus Capital Management, L.P. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The Cingular Interactive network supports approximately 25 percent of all Blackberry users worldwide.
