I live LHR and conference to DEN with iChat all the time. There's about a second of latency, which also seems to mess with the echo cancellation, but that can be fixed with the earbuds from the iPod. However, I still get 30 fps, which to me is amazing, though I do mention that my flat has an 802.11g hub and cable Internet.

It's almost good enough to start one of those "WebCam" services, but I don't have the body for it.

I loving using all my Apple products including:
-Apple Powerbook 15" with 80gb HD
-Airport Express
-Apple iPod 40GB with Click Wheel
-Apple iSight (to chat with the kids and wife)

I also have:
-20'' iMac G4
-Dual 2GHZ PowerPC G5
-17" Cinema Display (waiting for 30-inch to come out!)
-Airport Extreme Base Station
-2 Airport Express to extend range
-Apple iBook 14" (my wife owns that)
