SKSmailD program - error message shutting down XP

In another problem featured in my latest saga with XP, I get this weird error message when I shut down my system, apparently this program SKSmailD does not shut down properly and XP tells me that I have to forcefully terminate it and I could lose data, etc. etc. etc.

Any ideas on what this is and what the issues are behind this...?

Thanks!!

It's an IBM keyboard program.

Seriously, you need to reinstall windows. Any PC with this many problems is beyond repaid.

Thanks for the heads up with the keyboard, Scotty. I have an external IBM keyboard connected to my Docking Station. I assume I can just kill that program and still use my keyboard normally...? I dont have any use for the stupid smartkeys on the friggen keyboard anyways...

As for the windows re-installation.... I think you are right, there is probably nothing else to do. I will probably have to find someone to lend me some server space to dump all my bones (aka data and other crap) onto the server while I do a complete re-install....
