Inexpensive wireless net camera?

Ok. I want one of those little "nanny" cams to put up on my shelf so I can log on to the internet from work and watch the cat play. I have the room in question set up with wireless access. What is a good inexpensive net camera? I heard Lego made one. Seriously...

Go for D-link, they also have a webbased motor pan/tilt version:

The DCS2100 is pretty awesome, AND comes with a rebate at the moment, but for the real geek you need the 5300, it even has web controllable zoom

I was going to get one for watching our cats during the day, then the few days I was home doing something I realized, they don't move at all during the day.
