Help Please with online!
Just bought a dell wiress a+g network card for my dell lattitude. I do not subscribe to any of the wireless providers (nor do i want to pay big bucks). However i do wish to get online while traveling. Any ideas with how and where I can simply jump onine, by installing the wireles ard and im ready to go!

You WILL end up having to pay for access at post access points, however there is no such thing (yet) as having one subscription account to one provider with wide roaming to other companies access points.
T-Mobile Hot spot is a good start and some of the other links to give you an idea of where coverage is and how rate plans are.
Some rate plans are pay as you go with NO monthly fees.
Any other specific questions, let us know.

While you can't plan on free access everywhere, there are a growing number of places where free Wi-Fi (802.11) access is available. Here's a web site where you can learn more:
