There are a number of cell phone rental places online, but having tried quite a few of them, I would recommend going with T-Mobile. They're rates are better than some others, and they're easier to deal with. I think it's actually outsources to another company, but the whole process is seamless.

If you're planning to use the phone a lot, you might be better off buying a cheap GSM phone and getting a prepaid SIM card when you arrive.
