Cheap Empower stuff....
While browsing I stumbled accross some cheap empower adapters, 12V>110V for $49 and the matching empower to 12V plug for $12...

You still need to carry your AC adapter.
The smaller Igo one that has AC/DC adapter in one is the smallest to date (if you take into account you only need to carry one adapter)
