Palm security- any recommendations?

I admit it- I was a dumba** and lost/my Handspring Visor last year (there's a slim chance that it was stolen- at least that's what I tell myself).

While I'd also admit that my address book/calendar wouldn't be of value to the average Joe, I hate the idea of someone having access to all that info.

Is there a program that would, for instance, require a password every X times the device is turned on, otherwise requiring a hard reset? (of course, this assumes that the recipient doesn't have the Palm desktop software to sync).

PDA Defense offers Time-sensitive bit-wiping "bomb": PDA Defense prevents unauthorized access to data if the PDA is lost or stolen by allowing the user to bit-wipe the data automatically if a device is not HotSynced within a specified time frame. Esentially, it deletes the data at that point, so no one else can get access to it. Extreme perhaps, but ensures no one else will see it.
