Fairly nice. It's a combo 802.11 (Wireless Ethernet/WiFi) and GSM/GPRS card so it can use wireless LANs and the GSM network. The only problem with it is that it's only 900/1800 Mhz which means it's not suitable for use in the Americas, and the D311 is only 1900 Mhz. IMHO a better option is a laptop with built in WiFi and a Sierra Aircard 750 which is the best GPRS/GSM data card I've seen yet. That card is tri-band and will work on any GSM net you have an agreement with.

Not cheap. I found an ad from a UK company for it "SIM Free" for the equiv of about $420 USD. Much less if you sign up for a plan at the same time.
