SingTel ICC

I am considering applying for a SingTel ICC. I reside in the U.S. It seems that SingTel offers the best rates dialing from Singapore to the U.S. and I would rather not have to deal with buying regular phone cards which can be exhausted.

Has anyone else experience with the SingTel ICC living outside of Singapore?
