Call Blocker App

I am looking for a call blocker that will block all calls from a certain code except for calls from people in my contacts list. I'm not looking for something with a bunch of bells whistles; just want to keep it simple. An additional help would be one that won't to steal too much personal data from my phone. Any suggestions?

Thanks

IOS? If so You could always use the "Silence Unknown callers" setting. The "certain code" is more difficult, I've not seen an iOS app that could specify that, assuming you mean "area code"

Now if these blocked numbers could also be prevented from leaving dead-air voicemails, that would be even better.

T-Mobile's call screening features have done a spiffy job of blocking perhaps 99.5% of spam calls.

Ended up doing a chat with my carrier (US Mobile). They changed some settings on their and things have improved.
