New Firefox Version Issues?
Has anyone else updated to the latest Firefox version (89)? I have, and I am having all kinds of issues. Pages hang, I was having lots of trouble with outlook.com, and sometimes the text in the new tab displays is garbled. Wondering if it is just my machine, or if others are seeing these problems too.

The new tab setup has a lack of separation and it doesn't follow the standard Windows assigned colors for title bar and so on. It's called a new Proton interface.
You can go into about:config and "false"-out one or more of the Proton changes. That may help. I "falsed" the single browser.proton.enabled entry and it restored tabs to the way they looked before the latest update.

Going forward, it's getting harder and harder to justify staying with Firefox. Chrome may be the way to go. I just hate to abandon the browser that started it all.

The one thing that keeps me on Firefox is the bookmarks. I dont like how Chrome works with bookmarks.
I don't like the new tab looks, but I can work with that. But it is crashing like crazy, and now sometimes even my address bar text goes wonky. But it might be my PC, not the browser itself.

However, it's the only browser that doesn't mess up for me on Reddit.

I'm not a fan of the new look, but it hasn't caused any of the described functional issues for me.
