My instincts were the same as yours LondonElite, but when I spent two seconds researching the SIM I saw that it was actually put out the global telecom “3” based on their Hong Kong SIM:

It is not a bad deal and I’d have a hard time believing that this is a bad shilll for Hutchison Whampoa. Note that the prices are in HK dollars which are worth about 12 cents last time I checked.

For those who care about using the 3 UK sim products, they just had a price reduction at Amazon on a 4Gb data, Unlimited Voice & Text product. It is currently listed at $9.45 with shipping of $5.62.
I ordered two for a total of $12.26 each for a trip in late March. The delivery is from the UK so mine are scheduled to arrive March 3rd-6th, but that's fine for my travel plans. The seller is shown as Three Mobile and there seems to be a limit of 3 per order, possibly based on the shipping fee per order. My order only had the single shipping charge, and with 3 sims in the cart the fees stayed at the $5.62 charge.
This seems to be about as cheap as it gets for data & voice Euro roaming, and the consensus is that this product performs acceptably.
Edited to add a link:

I added a link because I think it's kind of hard to search and find it.
I agree on the dual sim capability. I have that in my iPhone and with my primary on an esim, this is the perfect compliment for service. It can be assigned the data line, and then my US voice line is linked to free WiFi calling to and from the States via the IMS function.

I've got a Samsung Galaxy S10+ which has a dual SIM in the UK. I used the 3 SIM in Singapore & Australia and it worked perfectly. No slow down, and good 4G speeds.
I just wish they'd extend the free coverage to Dubai

I have an AIS 2 fly that I an using in the USA ,
the one probem is since its a Thai sim you cannot use some websites that are USA only , some streaming apps etc
so just be aware that some of your websites may not work and many may want you to sign in again and maybe prove who you are !
Hope that helps.....

The 3 UK sims do the same thing. I am using one as a test here at home. It works great for data on most services, but Pandora Music will not work, claiming it is "For US use only". I keep forgetting whenever I leave the house and expect my phone to begin playing through my car audio system. I'm pretty sure Pandora worked in other countries while I was using my T-Mobile 256kbps free streaming service though.
