Over in an HK Air thread, they say this doesn't work with HK Air, despite that airline being in their list of carriers.
Have people had other similar experiences, where a carrier is listed, but this plan doesn't work on it for wifi?

at this price point, it’s not really a deal breaker. I suggest you bite on and if it works, you’ll be happy. If it doesn’t, then you only lost 3 or 4 Starbucks grandes or an expensive cocktail.

Just bought it. Price was $26.99. They said it was for 3 months but it looks to be activated till 09.01.2019 which I'm assuming is European number for 09JAN19, and that's actually 4 months. That's $7 per month. If it works I'll be tickled pink. I am planning a trip over Xmas to Asia and guess I'll have to make sure I fly Cathay. I got it because I fly mostly American. I usually get free wifi on American flights with Gogo (know anyone with T-Mobile? Just put their number in for 1-hr free) but seems more of their planes are switching to the non-Gogo. For $27 this will probably work out awesome.
Any idea how to get it to work on the computer instead of just the phone? Guess that's the next thing to figure out.

United domestic aircraft using the Thales system are definitely a no-go for this product - however, the chance of finding working wifi on a UA flight is a slim 5%, so you're not missing much.

Just signed up while in the SFO Polaris Lounge before my BR flight. Wil be on BR, NH & OZ this month so will report back my results. The cost is very good compared to the direct cost with all the different airlines.

I asked about Hong Kong Airlines:
Hong Kong Airlines are generally covered by our inflight WiFi service.
At the moment we can offer inflight WiFi with 3 aircraft of Hong Kong Airlines, but we work hard to further expand our service.

I have not been able to get this to work on either DL or AS (and I've had iPass in the past, so know how it should work). I emailed iPass customer support and they indicated the AirlineCheckins.com accounts do NOT have access to GoGo. Does anyone have experience otherwise? (I do note that DL and AS are notably absent from the list on their website, despite being supported by normal iPass subscriptions, so perhaps this is some sort of limited-service version.)

Seems the list is worthless.
