My concern with VPNs is that it seems that when networks sign up for anti-VPN services, those services seem to lock out connections from data centers rather looking for a specific known VPN. Thus, I keep feel like I am losing the war with some of these services. I went so far as setting up my own VPN in a cloudserver with a unique IP address and got blocked.

One thing to note is that Android TV does not have Skype anymore (or so I understood from various readings), hence with those Chinese boxes you can just download Skype and plug in a webcam...very useful to turn old TVs into smart ones! :-)
