Data plan in Thailand

Hi, I am going on a trip to Thailand for a business meeting. Are there any ways I can get Internet connection with affordable prices?

Relative to the First world Thailand data plans are cheap. If you will only be in Thailand I would just get the SIM from an airport vendor, have them install and make sure that it works (there might be minor settings that need to be changed
