Windows live mail
Anyone know how I can get hold of this?
Been using it for years and just had to reinstall Windows and now can't download it as it's been discontinued.
Every site I've looked at has the installer but that tries to download it from Microsoft who have now removed it.
Never found anything else I like using.

Fortunately I have an installer saved right before they stopped supporting it. Send me a PM and I can send you the installer.
Better yet, here is a link I found.

As I said, I can find the installer but they all try to download from the Microsoft servers and they've removed the software.
Tried a few others clients but none will let me import all my messages for some reason.

Windows 7.
Trying eM Client at present. Works fine except it won't import anything that I've backed up from Windows Live Mail without WLM being installed in the first place.

Works fine and now I can get something back to normal.
Got a few passwords, product codes, important things etc. that aren't still on my mail server.

Now you've got it back, it may be worth moving onto something that's supported a bit more. Thunderbird is very good, and can import your data from WLM.
