Falcon Tactical Flashlights: Problems?

I recently ordered a set of 5 from Falcon Tactical Flashlights out of Del Mar, Ca. No instructions accompanied their arrival. I've called 5 times over the past 10 days to have someone email the instructions and I keep getting the run-around that upper management has been informed and instructions will be emailed to me. Has anyone else encountered such pathetic customer relations? I will return them if all else fails. This is just a cautionary alert to those who might be thinking of buying them.....

Sorry, I have to say it.

You need instructions to use a flashlight?

I know that it sounded like a silly question/problem but there were a few parts that didn't seem to fit and needed to be explained. Am still waiting on the "instructions" from the retailer. Yes, it was and still is a silly question/matter on my part .....

Flashlights are commonly discussed in the Travel Technology forum, so I'll move this discussion over there.

If I handed you a Fenix PD35 TAC, you'd find all of this intuitive?

I have forward-clicky, reverse-clicky, side-switch, twist, and hybrid UIs on various lights, each with various memory defaults or settings.
