Ah - the Exchange server you need to put in is the OWA server name - the server you go to to check Outlook on the web.

Good call. That is what I entered (webmail address) when I setup Mobimail.

I've done that, but it's not working. Looks as if the Exchange server is asking for a certificate that I don't have. The client's escalated it to her tech support team, so hopefully they'll manage to figure it out.
