Prepaid SIM - St Kitts & Nevis
Found a good deal with Lime (aka Cable and Wireless).

Purchased a SIM with 500MB of data for EC$19.00 (slightly over US$7.00) and topped up for pay as you go voice/text to a total of US$20.00
Lasted me for an entire week. I probably could have gotten by on the 250MB package and saved myself a whopping $3.00
They have several prepaid packages available.
You have to go to the Lime main office in the center of BasseTerre to buy the SIM. But you can top up and many locations or online. The online top up site accepts PayPal and allows increments of US$5.00
There is another provider on the Island, DigiCel. We didn't go there because we found parking very convenient for the Lime office.

I have no idea. Just reporting what I found. Actually, I use data more than voice so I was a happy camper.
Just 4G, no LTE. The speeds seemed pretty good (faster than the marginal wifi in the rental condo).
