Google Drive question (about syncing to a new PC)
I have over 200GB in my Google Drive - and I have a new PC I'm setting up. I DO want all those files on the PC, but I don't want all of it to sync over my cable connection.
Can I manually copy the files off my old PC and put them in the new Google Drive folder? Is Google Drive smart enough to see what I'm doing, without it double syncing everything?

Found this from 2012. It is not the same as moving to a new computer, but similar. It seems like Google Drive will try to download everything even if you have the same files unless you backup your Google Drive AppData directory.
