Running W7 Ultiate 32 & 64 bits, FF v21 and the latest v22 have both been acting up lately, and Flash crashing, frozen on its track on my laptop, netbook & desktop. In a pinch, I would use IE 10.0 if I must, otherwise, Chrome will do - disabled the tracking, add-ons and tweak the settings and w/o logging into G+ account so basically incognito mode.

Bollocks. Generalizations like this are useless without data points and/or context to back them up.
Here are a couple of recent 3rd-party reviews comparing the most popular Windows-compatible browsers. In both Chrome ranks higher than Firefox in speed, startup time, and compatibility with technology like HTML5, V8, and Sunspider etc.

It's no accident that Chrome usage has increased steadily amongst Windows OS for several consecutive years, while IE and Firefox usage has declined during the same period.

First of all, who said anything about windows? I run linux. I'll give you that Chrome was marginally faster loading HTML5 (which I'll also point out isn't a finished standard). But again, that's on Windows. ...and is it really surprising that *Google's* Chrome scored fastest on *Google's* V8 test? I think it would be surprising if it didn't!
You're also assuming that I run a stock version of FF, I don't. I've tweaked numerous settings and I run with JS disabled, unless I have specifically enabled it for a site. This prevents side loads, cross loading (usually ads), and tracking (i.e. google-analytics.com).
As I said before, Chrome is a fine browser, if you don't mind sharing your browsing history (and who knows what else) with Google. Personally, Google already has enough information about me, if they want me to convert to Chrome, they can pay me. There are plenty of Google products I use, but no single company gets to control my *entire* web experience. Lest we forget that Google makes money by selling us targeted ads.
That being said, I do have Chrome on my iPhone and iPad (because Safari is useless), but I also rarely use either device for web surfing and surely not with anything important (secure surfing or development activity). Chrome's mobile browser is the best I've seen, but I would never store any passwords on there.
