Total radiated power from static

On a recent TPAC flight,there was terrible static in thr PA system so loud and jarring that it would wake you up. Some times the noise was there even when the PA was in use.
It sounded like there was arcing due to a loose connection. I think the noise, broadband noise, would also be associated with EM emissions. Would the fundamental frequency of the noise be 400Hz, the line frequency? What would estimated total radiated power be of such noise?
