Email Question? Mail for exchange.

Why doesn't my Mail for Exchange service work outside of America? Is their a setting I need to change? When I travel outside the USA I am unable to get my company email.

Since nobody here knows anything about your setup, your best best is to ask you company IT support.

Exchange or the company firewall can be configured to exclude blocks of IP addresses. I had configured one to exclude non-US addresses as one (of multiple) form of security measure. This is especially true with the exchange web interface.

Talk to your IT folks.

If you and/or others from the company travel internationally a lot, you are FAR better off using a VPN solution. For a lot of reasons.
