Cheapest touch screen Android phone unlocked without a contract
Was wondering what you thought is the cheapest "usable" carrier unlocked android phone that can be had without any type of contract.

Define 'usable'?
3" screen? or 4.3" screen?
256mg or memory? + 512mg system? + micro SD?
512mhz CPU?
New? or pre-owned?

There are Android phones out there that are 'usable', unlocked for $130~

Buy just about any Android phone you want and pay $10-15 to get it unlocked.

I usually look for mine on Craigslist as people sell off their free contract phones for cheap(er).

There are so may options out there. You can hit eBay or amazon and search for unlocked android phone or so.
