Sharing Apps on iTunes

I haven't done this in a while, but previously, when at home and in iTunes, I could transfer apps (and music, and videos) to my husband's iTunes and vise versa.

I tried this morning, and while I can see/transfer everything else, his apps are no longer visible to me and I can't drop one into his itunes.

Is this a recent change? Like I said, I haven't tried in a while. I guess I could email him the .ipa file, but it was just easier to transfer it into itunes.

If you want to use your apps on his phone just sign in to itunes on his phone and download the app again. After it is up and running he can simply sign on to itunes under his own account again.

Thanks. We'll give that a try as well.
