Airport navigation apps?

Anyone heard of any services that help navigate through airports (i.e. gate to gate)?

I am not trying to be a jerk with this question, but isn't reading the signs throughout the airport enough?

You could always download the airport maps from their website and place them on your phone for reference later.

Not a bad effort for someone who isn't trying.

I'm not really sure if there's any airport navigation app that really works.
It's not like GPS works well inside the airport to give one direction, so any map of the airport would be just another airport map IMHO.
