Skype Crashes on Startup?

Skype Crashes on Startup?
Is anyone else experiencing this? When I open Skype I just get a "This program has encountered an error, please tell Microsoft" box.
I've got WinXP SP3, and this is the newest version of SKype. I have uninstalled it, reinstalled it, rebooted the computer, etc.
