Droid Bionic

This seems like a pretty nice, fast phone. X size, but more powerful and LTE.

512mb ram and a dual core processor are some pretty sweet specs.

I've still got a year and a half on my ATT contract, but I'm salivating over the newer Android phones.

Hey, by then it's likely ATT will finally have a few decent choices. After many years I got tired of their Apple or nothing attitude and jumped ship. Never had a better phone than my HTC EVO.

Actually, I'm kind of wondering about the RAM. 512 doesn't seem like a lot nowadays, phones have been released for several months now with that amount.

There are a lot more other good reasons to jump ship from AT&T.

Very nice! Looks like HTC got some serious competitor right there.

Looks like it's finally here. I may pick one up tomm (sept 8th), since VZW took off my intl unlimited data, might as well try a 4G phone.

Is it me or does phone seems like an average unit? With the Revolution 2, Samsung Note, and Vigor coming out in a matter of months, this phone seems a little underpowered.

There's always something bigger, stronger and faster coming out in "a couple of months."

At the moment it's at the top of Verizon's heap for an Android LTE phone.

Verizon specs:
Droid Bionic:
Dual core 1 GHz processor
1 GB of LP DDR2 RAM
16GB internal memory
4.3" screen
LTE

That is a beast of a phone! BUT of course has to run the craptasic moto blur and Big Reds crapware....
So untill its root'd I'd stay away from it.

The Vigor is the only other unit I'd wait for, but will have to wait about a month. Looks like someone has already rooted it. So....I think it could be a winner, for now :)

Isn't the Dinara (motorola) expected soon and it is rumored to be the 'best'?

TRAVELSIG Sep 8, 2011 11:14 am

I thought the Samsung Galaxy II s was supposed to be "best android phone" at the moment????
