Any video chat for Android-to-PC?

I have a friend who recently received an Archos 101 tablet for Christmas. It runs 2.2 (Froyo) and has a front-facing camera. Does anyone know of a video chat app that will do video chat from Android-to-PC? Skype for Android doesn't support video and Fring doesn't have a PC client. Any other ideas?

Also do any video chat apps for Android-to-Android support rear facing cameras on phones, possible for use with a mirror?

Won't QIK do device to web? Archos isn't listed, but it could be worth trying.

ooVoo supposedly now does. You have to download the beta PC install http://dl.dropbox.com/u/1045014/ooVooSetupBeta.exe

It only works for certain devices with FFC for now (Evo, Epic, etc), so YMMV for the tablet...

Yahoo Messenger is probably the most universal client. It can do Android-Android, Android-PC, and Android-iPhone.

Tango is another multi-OS video messaging service, not sure whether it does Android to PC, but does do Android-iOs connections.
