DFW's a mess. No good 4G there even though the rest of the metroplex is saturated with it.

Hi! This is Lauren Sanyal from Boingo. I'm sorry to hear that you experienced connection difficulties in DFW. Dallas Fort Worth International Airport is absolutely a Boingo hotspot, although we don't operate the Wi-Fi there. This simply means that the SSID you will connect to is named "tmobile", rather than "Boingo Hotspot".
Do you have the Boingo software installed, or were you attempting to connect through the airport's web page? We'd like to look into your account and determine what happened. Please email me at lsanyal at boingo dot com.
Thanks for your feedback, and I hope to hear from you soon.
Warm Regards,
Lauren Sanyal

At DFW, when I log in, I connect to the tmobile signal (but do not attempt to sign on). Because I have the Boingo applet installed, the logon box for Boingo immediately appears in the lower right (I use a laptop with Win7 installed ).
And also, welcome to Flyertalk, sonoman24!
