Anyone seen or heard of this, it adds phone capabilities to an iPod Touch - but without a contract or the eye watering expense of a Sim free version.

Looks like a hardware mod, so not sure how it's going to look/act.

It is just a case for the iPod, so no modification needed. Makes the device bigger, you'll still need a SIM card and apps are going to be pretty limited.

The touch plugs into it - it isn't a hardware mod as it leaves the touch - ahem - untouched

But giving you 3G with less hassle than plugging it to a separate phone or mifi device seems to be a useful thing
