Replacement for Handspring Visor
I have been using a Handspring Visor for a long time and looking to upgrade or replace it. This does its job perfectly well.
There seems to be no other model to upgrade it to.
What are my choices? I own an iMac, iPad and an iTouch and have a .Mac account.
I mainly use the Address, To Do and the Memo features in the handspring. Are these features available in the Apple products?

Address (Contacts) and Memo (Notes) are available on the iPod Touch, and there appear to be dozens of "To Do" apps in the App Store. I don't have an iPad, but I'm assuming similar apps exist for it.

I don't have a specific recommendation but you mentioned iPad. Check that whatever you buy is specifically iPad compatible. Apple has restricted the BT profiles it supports to this list:

It is pretty annoying for me particularly the absence of Hands Free Profile.

I'll sell you my old Handspring Visor cheap, and I'll throw in the Tiger Woods golf game free!
I guess I am confused by your question. If you have an iPad, don't you have access to Address, To Do, and Memo functions there? My iPhone has those features and synchs everything with Outlook seamlessly.

I have never used those features in anything besides a Palm or Handspring before. These devices met all my needs. My IPad is a recent buy and my new iTouch should be arriving shortly. I am looking for advice as to the best route to transition.
I have a lot of data in my Handspring and am wondering as to how I will transfer them. Manually would be a pain.

I've used a Palm III, 2 Sony Clies, 2 Treos, and most recently a Blackberry. I have always set them up to sync with Outlook. Whenever I get a new device, I just perform the sync, and all the records are sent to the new device.
I was also able to sync my Treo with the native Mac apps using the software that came with the Treo, so if that works with the Visor, that might be the way to go.
