Area code lookup on BB?

Is there a BlackBerry app that will display the city/region for an area code for an incoming call? If the caller is in my phone book, I want to keep that name on the display. If the caller isn't, I'd at least like to know the region for those times when I don't recognize the number and don't want to pick up unless I have an idea of who it might be.

Thanks.

I just did a search and see that in about 2007? someone wrote an app to do this...and then was threatened with a lawsuit by a larger company that said they "held the patents on the technology". The developer was forced to take down his site and there's nothing newer mentioned that I saw on a quick search.

Google "Blackberry NPA NXX"

After the fact, you can always just Google "area code xxx" to find out where it is located.

Also check out tnid.org.

Or just "xxx" - if it's a valid area code it's normally shown as a separate response at the top.

Ooh, nifty. "Area code xxx" gets the same thing - but now you've saved me 9 characters.

I have both Berry-a-code and iCall Manager running on mine.

"Purpose: Berry-a-Code solves a pretty simple problem. In real-time it tells you the originating city and state for phone numbers which do not exist in your address book." It hasn't been updated in a while, so it probably doesn't have all recent area codes, but it works well enough for me.
