AA miles for E- reader, where?!

AA miles for E- reader, where?!
As a member of the AA Advantage program, I would love miles for my E-reader!
1.Sony Reader
www.sony.com gives me 3 miles pr dollar- but does that include the bookstore subdomain www.ebookstore.sony.com as well?!
2.Amazon Kindle
I do not think I get miles at Amazon (anymore)?! I thought I did get miles.But I can no longer find amazon.com at AA mall.
3. Apple iPad
Apple.com gives me 1 mile pr dollar and Itunes 3 miles pr dollar spent.
I am missing something, or does anyone have any input where I get my AA miles for an E-reader?!

The iPad is currently excluded from AAdvantage eShopping rewards.
