Mapquest iPhone app
Does anyone know if you can use the Mapquest iPhone app without a carrier connection i.e. can you useit with either an iPod touch or an iPhone not connected to a carrier?

No, it downloads the maps from the internet just like the Google Maps app that comes with the phone.
